  • Ready-to-ship items are typically packed and mailed within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may take 2–3 weeks depending on design complexity and material availability. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • Because everything is handmade and often using limited or one-of-a-kind materials, all sales are final.

    If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and I will do my best to make it right.

  • For ready-to-ship items, cancellations or changes may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in preparation and cannot be adjusted.

    For custom orders, changes can be made until materials are sourced. Once production begins, all custom orders are final and cannot be canceled.

  • At this time, I do not offer exchanges. Every item is made in small batches or as a one-of-a-kind design. If you have any concerns with your order, please reach out and I’ll do my best to help.

  • Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local carrier first.

  • Each veil features a fully adjustable headband sewn into the design. Before placing it on your head, gently shape the headband to a slightly smaller form than expected. As worn, it will mold to your head for a secure, seamless fit.

    If the fit feels too loose, simply remove the veil and reshape the headband to a smaller size, then reapply.

  • Yes. All veils are designed to comfortably fit a wide range of head sizes and can be styled to your desired fit and coverage.

  • Every veil is handcrafted in small batches, one at a time. From fabric selection to final stitching, each piece is made with intention, care, and attention to detail. Never mass produced.

  • Materials vary by design and may include cottons, satins, lace, vintage fabrics, and specialty trims. Some elements are limited or one-of-a-kind, which makes each veil unique.

  • Most veils are best spot cleaned to preserve delicate fabrics and trims. If needed, remove the inserted headband and use a cold, gentle cycle and always air dry. Avoid high heat and ironing. Steam is preferred for removing wrinkles.

  • Each piece is handmade, so slight variations are natural and part of its charm. Placement of patterns, trims, or small details may differ slightly, making your veil uniquely yours.

  • Each blend transforms your bath into a gently clouded, softly scented ritual. Delicate botanicals and subtle shimmer create a calming, sensory experience designed to slow the body and quiet the mind.

  • Due to the natural powders and minerals within each blend, a light trace or shimmer may remain in the tub. A simple rinse with warm water will restore the surface.

  • Our bath brews are crafted with care and intention, though individual sensitivities may vary. We recommend beginning with a smaller amount to ensure comfort.

  • If you are pregnant, nursing, or under medical care, we encourage consulting with your healthcare provider prior to use.

  • For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Take care when entering and exiting the bath, as the soak may create a more slippery surface. Store in a cool, dry place away from children and pets.
