  • When will my order ship?

    Ready-to-ship orders are packed and mailed within 3–5 business days.
    Custom orders may take 2–3 weeks, depending on design complexity and material availability.

    Many elements like trims or specific fabrics are limited and/or need to be sourced, so a little extra time ensures your order is made with care and not compromise.

    You’ll receive tracking info once your package is sealed and sent on its way.

  • What is your return & refund policy?

    Because each item is handmade — often from limited or vintage materials — all sales are final.

    I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

    That said, if your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and I’ll do my best to make it right. Every package is packed with care, and I want you to love what you receive.

  • Can I cancel or change my order?

    For ready-to-ship items:
    You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order will already be prepared for shipment and cannot be canceled.

    For custom orders:
    Design changes can be made until materials are sourced. Once sourcing has begun, I cannot guarantee that any edits or changes can be accommodated. Custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled.

    If something unexpected comes up, please reach out. I’ll do my best to help where I can, but I appreciate your understanding as each item is made with intention, care, and often limited materials.

  • Do you take custom orders?

    Yes! I take a limited number of custom orders at a time.

    Whether you’re dreaming up a specific color palette, theme, or feeling, I love bringing personal visions to life. Turnaround time is typically 2–3 weeks, but may take longer if your design requires sourcing rare or very specific materials.

    All custom orders are final sale, and changes can only be made before materials are sourced.

  • Are your items truly handmade?

    Yes! Every item from Wylde Wisteria is handmade by me, one at a time, with intention, care, and a little wild softness.

    From selecting fabrics to stitching details and finishing touches, nothing is mass-produced or factory made. Some materials like vintage trims or florals are limited or one-of-a-kind, making each piece feel just a little different, and just a little magical.

    Slight variations are part of the charm and proof that you're holding something made by real hands, not machines.

  • How do I care for my item?

    Most items are best spot cleaned to protect the fabric, florals, and trims.
    However, depending on the materials used, some headbands may be machine washed if the inner band is removed.

    If you need to wash your item:

    Use a cold, gentle cycle

    Always air dry — never tumble

    Steam only to remove wrinkles (avoid ironing, especially on delicate or custom-dyed fabrics)

    Each piece is handmade with intention, and proper care helps preserve its shape, softness, and detail for seasons to come.
